The lovingly furnished villa (main building) can accommodate 6 to 7 people and has an area of approximately 200m². It has two floors. On the ground floor there is a large bright living room. It is very spacious and sunny throughout the year. The living room is cozy and elegant, with several Persian rugs, rustic floor tiles and a fireplace. The ground floor has a kitchen fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. From the kitchen you have a beautiful view of the tranquil terrace. The property has air conditioning.
There is one bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with toilet, bath and shower with hydro massage. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a second bathroom with toilet and wash basin. A spiral staircase leads up to the 1st floor. Here are 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. At the request of guests, an extra single bed can be rented. This is mentioned on our website under additional services. Also on this floor there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. The second floor is in the attic with a cute kitchenette. This level is cozy and tastefully decorated with antique furniture. We guarantee perfect conditions for fantastic days!

B & B Dependance Mascalucia can be rented together with Villa Mascalucia, which is in close vicinity, in the main building. The guests of the Dependence have garden furniture. The breakfast and the meal can be enjoyed outdoors, in a beautiful green area.
