This beautiful villa is located at the foot of Mount Etna, at an altitude of 650 meters, a few kilometers from the center of Mascalucia away. In summer the weather is cool and windy. The villa is a detached cottage, suitable for 6 to 7 people. We also provide space for the seventh person as an extra bed can be rented. The costs depend on the number of persons. If you are interested, please mention it at booking. At the villa there is also an adjacent building "B & B branch Mascalucia" (for max. 3 people). The two houses can be rented as one.
The villa is very conveniently located near the highway so you can plan many excursions. It has a large green garden (1000 m²) with palm trees and barbecue area. Here you will find a beautiful swimming pool, a welcoming terrace with sun loungers and parasols. On this terrace you can relax or take a break from everyday life. Blooming colorful flowers surround the pool, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast. The sea is about 15 km, restaurants, shops and bars are located nearby. The villa has a private estate with a large parking for guests.
It is possible to organize small receptions (meetings, birthdays, graduations, etc.) up to about 80 people throughout the summer. The accommodation B&B Dependance Mascalucia can be rented together with Villa Mascalucia.The apartment is very conveniently located near the highway so you can plan many excursions.
